San Jose Sharks’ Matt Nieto and Dylan DeMelo distributed “JoyJars” to children hospitalized for extended medical care at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center’s pediatric unit in Santa Clara, Calif., on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016.
